JAXSCENE INTERVIEW: LENORE CHESNUTT

Lenore is a medical professional, photographer, and appropriately named after her great grandmother, a feeling, and a tree.

Where are you from originally? My mom's belly... Salt Lake City Utah.

How does Jacksonville compare? Big city, small minds.

Giant pickles or boiled peanuts? Pickles.

What music group or song has been stuck in your head lately? Aqualung - Brighter than sunshine.

Do you collect anything? Butterflies.

What was the last local show you have seen that impressed you? Jedidiah Art Show.

What do you think of Jax beach? Dirty dirty.

If you could have any exotic pet what would it be? A monkey.

Are you shy to speak to crowds? Not if everyone is naked, is everyone naked?

The most important lesson from 2007? Don't be afraid to fallow my heart!

You can see part of Lenore's photography |here| or like I did, see her featured photos displayed in a series of local art shows http://www.myspace.com/artshowcase1.

"I am looking forward to seeing more of her emotion drawing and sometimes intimate photography" -David Welch
