Story and craft project with Jacksonville Jaguar Josh Scobee December 9 @ 3:30 pm.
Learn Spanish with Ms. Jaime December 10 @ 11 am. New Spanish vocabulary every weeks. Kids ages 0 - 8.
Saturday Surprise: Story and craft project with CBS 47 Meteorologist Mike Buresh. December 13 @ 2:00 pm.

Teen Drawing Contest
One submission per person, drawing and entry form due by December 13

NATIVE SUNS KIDS PUZZLE Complete the puzzle, bring it in to a Native Sun store by December 31, and receive a free organic candy cane.
Also at Native Sun this month, for only $4, you can purchase a bag full of toiletries to be donated to the Sulzbacher Center.
(That would set a great example for the kids!)

HAPPY HOLIDAYS IN HEMMING PLAZA December 13, 10 am - 2 pm.
Meet Santa Claus and Mayor John Peyton, holiday crafts and games.

THE CHILDREN'S CHRISTMAS PARTY OF JACKSONVILLE December 13, 9 am - 12:30 pm @ Prime Osborne Convention Center
Kids 12 and under who might not otherwise receive toys at Christmas, are invited to attend. Gifts are distributed by Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus and volunteers, and children will have a chance to win bikes and helmets.

BREAKFAST WITH SANTA @ MOSH December 13. Reservations and pre-payment required. Space limited. Call 396-MOSH ext. 230

HOLIDAY IN THE GARDENS at Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. December 13 @ 9 am - 4 pm
Santa Claus, activities and crafts, stories and songs. Starbucks will be giving out complementary hot chocolates and peppermint white hot chocolates. Click on the link above for registration info for the Gingerbread house contest. Park entrance fee waived, instead, donations of toys and non-perishable food items will be collected at the gate.

MY ST. JOHNS RIVER BOAT TRIP December 13, 10 am - 12:30 pm. River tour and hands on activities on the SS Marine Taxi begins at the Friendship Fountain Park Dock. $15 for adults, $5 kids 12 and under. Reservations required, contact the Outreach Coordinator at kellydsavage@gmail.com

HOME SCHOOL PROGRAMS @ JACKSONVILLE ZOO & GARDENS December 9 or 10, classes at 9:30 am, 10:30 am & 11:30 am. Life sciences, environmental investigations, history, culture and arts and crafts, for home schooled children ages 5 & up. Pre-registration required, classes filled on first come, first serve basis. Additional program dates are scheduled in January and February.

MOCA JACKSONVILLE: SUNDAY FAMILY DAYS AND ARTFUSION
Sunday 12:00 noon – 4:00 p.m.
Children and accompanying adults are free.
