Cook-a-Book November 5 @ 3:30pm. Kids 5-10
Cooking and book talking. Food this month provided by Native Sun
Saturday Surprise: Field Day! - November 8 @ 2:00pm. Kids 6-12
My Gym Children's Fitness Center will host relay races and games and Smoothie King will be there to give out FREE kid's size (12 oz.) smoothies. *Meet in the main multipurpose room on the conference level.
Guitar Lessons with Mr. Josh!(as in Jubinsky) Beginning classes full, advanced classes are still accepting students. Ages 9-14 only. Additional info here.

BONES & SKULLS! @ Tillie K. Fowler Regional Park, 7000 Roosevelt Boulevard November 5, 3:30-4:30pm
"Imagine you’ve found some bones in the park. How do you figure out what animal they came from? Look at some of the bones and learn what clues to look for to help you discover what animal these bones used to be."

CRAFTERNOON @ Jarboe Park, Florida Boulevard and 5th Street, Neptune Beach November 8, 11am-4pm
"There will be more than 10 hands-on craft stations including tie-dye T-shirts; leather stamping; wood block decorating; bandana necklaces, cookie-decorating with the Jacksonville Jaguar ROAR cheerleaders and more. There will also be cotton candy, face painting and moon walks. Crafternoon features an old-fashioned barbecue as well as dance groups and live music. The event is free to attend. Punch cards for crafts and food cost $20 and are a variable amount of punches each. The event also includes a silent auction of decorated wooden chairs by local and national artists. All proceeds benefit Children’s Home Society of Florida."

Gardening Workshop @ The Riverside Children's Art Center Novmeber 8, 9:30-10:30
"A parent/child gardening workshop. Families can participate in the building of a garden. From preparing the soil to learning about seasonal plants and their uses every class will offer something new. Come learn how to care for an organic garden and have a ton of fun with other families!"

MOCA JACKSONVILLE: SUNDAY ARTFUSION
Every Sunday 12:00 noon – 4:00 p.m.
Children and accompanying adults are free.
